General Calendar is the app for you that wants a personal calendar. The app makes it possible for you to associate an event with a picture and by that allowing you to express the information in a completely different way. There is a saying that goes: a picture is worth a thousand words. A picture makes it easier to understand something and can be used advantageously by people who have difficulty to interpret information, for example people with Aspergers. Also, a picture is always more enjoyable to look at. Why not show a picture of your friend, when it´s time to meet him or her for a cup of coffee. Or a picture of your children when it´s time to pick them up from daycare.
In General Calendar you can:
+ create/change/delete events
+ set start time/end time for an event
+ set reminder for an event
+ associate an event with a picture or color
+ create different types of events (single, daily, weekly, monthly och yearly)
+ override a special day for a recurrent event
+ create and load event templates to quickly create events
+ quickly jump to any day, month or year
